Not ready to start your own circle? Participate in our events.
Talking to your friends about collectively pooling funds can feel… awkward. We GUARANTEE it will be meaningful, but still, we get it. Instead, donate any amount monthly to TAGS, and you’ll get to be part of our grantmaking events. You’ll meet new people, recommend and learn about great nonprofits, and together, we’ll make larger grants to make an impact!
Nonprofits—we have some ideas for you!
-
A customized capacity-building partnership for small nonprofits ready to tackle a critical organizational challenge or plan for their next stage of growth. Over a focused engagement, TAGS works alongside nonprofit leadership to listen to staff, board members, participants, funders, and other stakeholders; identify opportunities and barriers; and turn those insights into a practical path forward. Rather than delivering an outside consultant's answer, the process helps organizations develop a strategy that reflects their community, builds internal alignment, and can actually be implemented with the resources they have. TAGS brings the facilitation, connections, and strategic capacity; the organization brings the expertise about its mission and community.
-
A six-month fellowship designed for leaders and board members of small nonprofits who are doing big work with limited resources. Rather than another leadership training, each fellow brings a real challenge or opportunity facing their organization and spends six months working on it alongside a trusted cohort of peers, TAGS staff, and experienced leaders who can offer perspective, connections, and practical support. Fellows aren't just participants—they become advisors and resources to one another, creating a community where everyone has something to learn and something to contribute. To recognize the value of their time and expertise, TAGS makes a $1,000 unrestricted investment in every participating organization.
